Coach Ricky Calder
Growing up, Ricky always had a love for playing sports, but it came with its fair share of injuries, including a torn hamstring, snapped ankle ligaments, and a dislocated knee, among others.
Throughout Ricky's experiences with injuries, he found the support, information, and rehabilitation from health professionals to be less than satisfactory. This prompted him to take matters into his own hands and learn how to navigate the process of recovery independently.
Ricky made a significant life change by leaving his six-figure job as a refrigeration mechanic to pursue a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise. His goal was to immerse himself in knowledge with the intention of guiding and providing others with the answers he struggled to obtain in the past.
Fast forward six years, and Ricky is now collaborating with a diverse range of individuals, including amateur & multiple time world champion bodybuilders, competitive powerlifters, other coaches, and those seeking strength and relief from persistent pain.
When Ricky isn't training clients at the gym or working on his own fitness, he enjoys spending time with friends and family or unwinding at one of the local cafes with his partner, sipping on an iced latte and indulging in the joy of patting everyone's dogs.
For anyone grappling with pain, wanting to get shredded for a competition, or seeking better returns on their efforts, Ricky encourages them not waste anymore time and reach out for support.

Meet The Founder...
Coach Aaron Calder
Aaron has been actively engaged in the fitness industry for the past four years. Motivated by the positive influence a coach had on his own life, he aspired to become that guiding force for others.
Aaron embarked on his coaching journey, initially leading strength & conditioning group classes before transitioning to personalised 1:1 coaching in his current role.
With a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science, Aaron holds the designation of an Accredited Exercise Scientist. Committed to continuous education and learning from peers, he is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of his clients. Aaron's fitness journey began with HIIT classes, fostering both a sweat-inducing workout and building confidence in the gym. Over time, he delved into endurance and triathlon training, general strength training, and hypertrophy training, with his current focus on bodybuilding.
As a coach, Aaron finds genuine excitement in empowering individuals to become stronger and more confident, both inside and outside the gym. This passion propels him to strive for optimal outcomes and the best possible results for his clients.
